Training, training and more training…regardless of background and experience, we take all new staff back to the basics to learn our unique systems and culture. We have a training budget and paid leave for each staff member and encourage them to plan educationals (as well as personal holidays) to enhance or refresh their first-hand destination knowledge to share with our team and our clients.
